Partnership

Minimum partner requirements:

• Individual entrepreneur or legal entity.
• Active registration in EGAIS (Unified State Automated Information System).
• Delivery is carried out by a transport company at the client's expense.
• The first 3 deliveries are prepaid, then deferred payment is possible.

List of documents required for contract conclusion:

Legal entities

1. Charter (pages 1, 2, last page + page with director's term of authority);
2. Certified copy of the state registration certificate;
3. Certified copy of the tax registration certificate;
4. Document confirming the authority of the head to sign the contract (order, protocol, power of attorney);
5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (preferably current at the time of signing);
6. Copy of passport details (if the person is the Sole Participant of the Company);
7. Certified copy of statistical codes (Sverdlovskstat).
8. Notification of registration of a separate division (KPP). In any written form.
9. Copy of the premises lease agreement or ownership certificate
10. Consent to personal data processing (when concluding a surety agreement)

Individual entrepreneurs

1. Copy of passport;
2. Certified copy of the state registration certificate;
3. Certified copy of the tax registration certificate;
4. Certified copy of statistical codes (Sverdlovskstat) or Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
5. Copy of the premises lease agreement or ownership certificate
6. Consent to personal data processing
